The diversity that comprises the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver has helped influenced the city's vibrant art scene. Full of galleries of local and international artwork, one could spend days trying to take in everything the city has to offer. One such gallery is the Presentation House Gallery of contemporary photography that hosts several acclaimed national and international shows. Vancouver's North Shore and South Granville areas are home to most local artists and thus, they are also home to most of the galleries. In fact, South Granville is often referred to as Gallery Row.
