Vancouver students have a variety of programs to choose from, including the Art Institute of Vancouver – Dubrulle for programs such as restaurant ownership, baking and pastry, and culinary arts. Another option is the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts which offers study in culinary arts and baking and pastry. Students in hospitality and culinary programs are typically required to participate in an internship or externship component of the curriculum.
