Behind every program and community initiative at VRES is a team of people working behind the scenes to keep everything moving. When the VRES team was asked who they would choose for a staff spotlight, Nataley was the name that came up right away!
Nataley has become an important part of the team through her dedication, reliability, and willingness to take on new challenges. From preparing newsletters and managing our social media to translating content for our Chinese-speaking community, her work helps connect families with our programs and services.
More recently, she has also begun supporting grant proposals, continuing to take on new opportunities to contribute to the organization.
Over her time at VRES, Nataley has become someone the team can always count on. She takes initiative, stays organized, and is willing to step in wherever she is needed. Whether she is keeping our online platforms updated, preparing resources for the community, or supporting an event, she approaches each responsibility with care and attention.
When we asked the team about Nataley, one thing came up again and again: she is always willing to help. Her teammates shared that she consistently takes on a wide range of tasks while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Even when balancing multiple projects at once, she remains communicative and dependable, making it easy for others to work alongside her.
Beyond her responsibilities, Nataley also contributes to the kind of workplace environment that makes VRES a welcoming place to be. Her teammates described her as kind, funny, and approachable. She brings a positive energy to the office and is someone who makes time to support others, whether that means helping with a task, sharing her knowledge, or stepping up during busy periods.
Nataley's ability to contribute across different areas of VRES reflects her willingness to learn and grow. From communications and community engagement to translation and organizational projects, she continues to expand her skills while supporting the work we do. Her efforts help ensure that families have access to information about our programs and that our team can continue building connections within the community.
Much of Nataley's work happens behind the scenes, but its impact can be seen throughout the organization. Through her adaptability and commitment to the team, she helps support VRES's mission of creating a safe and supportive environment where learners of all ages can access educational resources and opportunities for personal growth.
